Poor Service! Cold Pizza! Warm Fanta drink!

On 06 May at 06:25 pm we ordered Pizza online, for delivery, Debonairs Pizza Phillip Nel Park store phoned to confirm our order at 06:30 pm, and said it would take 40 minutes for our pizza to reach us. At 07:30pm - an hour after we placed our order, I phoned to find out what's taking so long, I was told they are very busy, but our pizza will be delivered within the next 5-10 mins. at 08:00 pm - AN HOUR AND A HALF after I placed the order, still not received my order, I phoned again, this time spoke to a manager, who told me that they are very busy and the normal delivery time is an hour and a half!! SERIOUSLY! Who has an hour and a half delivery time for pizza!! Finally at 08:10 pm - 1 hour and 10 mins after our order was placed, the delivery guy arrived with our COLD pizza. The pizzas barely had any cheese on it! And on top of that, the 2L cooldrink was warm! Has Debonairs changed their policy?? Do we now get warm drinks and cold pizza?? This is THE WORST service I've ever received! Seriously DEBONAIRS, DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR POOR SERVICE AND COLD PIZZAS!!!
