Poor service

Placed an order at 17:05 at @debonairs palmsprings its now 19:05 when I call back it seem like Noone knows what's happiness with my order though if shows that I've ordered. What's happiness kanti @debonairs? I spoke to Lerato and Sibonisiwe who did not want to even disclose their surnames
