Poor service

Debonairs Pizza in Giyani mall is very unprofessional, i ordered food online for collection, when i got there an hour later they told me the food that I ordered is not available, they offered to give me a pizza in place of the sub, 30 minutes later I came back for the order and they told me they haven't started preparing because it's packed(there were about 4 people in the restaurant) I asked to speak to the manager and he/she refused to even come out to meet me.
