Poor service

The service level at Debonairs Acornhoek is questionable. Looks like the branch doesn't have a shift manager. After paying, I was short changed by R0.20. When I asked the cashier she told me she doesn't have twenty cents. I was expecting at least to be informed. I placed an order at 17h13. Only got my order at 17h54 after many attempts asking about it . The store has no order at all. One employee, Lucy was ever at the middle till doing other stuff while a handful of customer were waiting with till slips to be assisted with their orders. I'm completely not fami**** with this kind of restaurant service. I have been in restaurant business for ages and don't expected employees to ignore the core job descriptions to look after business's customers. My invoice till was #:409734 Thank you .
