Poor service

We bought a pizza at vosloorus debonair pizza at 17:30, the service is very poor, bought pizza via app. Is been 3hours not receiving the package, when we do follow up they tell us is on the way, my husband even went to the shop to enquire, they say they can't help him cause the parcel is out, it now 21:00 delivery guy still not at my house. If is busy update the customer instead , customers enquiring the where about, we couldn't even trace the delivery guy. This is totally unacceptable
