poor service at Debonnairs

i have a complaint about debonnairs in springsgate .their delivery service is very poor. i placed an order at 15:10 telephonically and they confirmed receiving my order at 15:31 ..but until now they have not delivered the pizza to my house its been 3 hours of waiting for my order.
