Poor service at Debonairs Sam Ntuli

I am really annoyed and angry with the service I always get at Debonairs Sam Ntuli mall, if they don't want to do online orders they should remove it from the online system. I ordered at exactly 17:30, time now is 20:25, I received nothing, when I try to call them they are not picking up their phones, customer service is not assisting either. I am really annoyed, and it's the third time this happens, I always promise myself that I won't buy there anymore but found myself ordering there again because it's closer.
