Poor service at debonairs raisethorpe

I have placed an online order at debonair raisthorpe using my phone app on the.29 september 2017 at 20:10. The order was supposed to.be for.delivery but for.some reason on the website.it said collect. I phoned in immediately to change that to delivery. Many issues with the call being transferred to a manager which never got answered several times. Eventually inwas rold the order is changed to delivery so I waited for.my pizza. At 21:20 I called in again because I didnt receive my order. I was told that the order left the store but they will send a message to Samantha who is the store manager to tell her about my complaint. Long story short, my pizza actually arrived now at 22:13. 2 hours later and was ice cold and unfortunately I.couldn't get hold of anyone at that time. I am very ****ed off with the debonairs in raisethorpe and it has been.happening time and time again. Unfortunately its the only debonairs in northdale pietermaritzburg so we forced to.use the.terrible service. Please help to rectify this matter before its too late.
