POOR SERVICE AT DEBONAIRS PIZZA- KHAYELITSHA MALL

I write this email with regards to my experience at Debonairs Pizza in Khayelitsha Mall. I barely complain about anything but I am certainly not pleased by the service at all. The staff is very slow. There were approximately five people working at the back and still they were all moving at a very slow pace. I spent 45 minutes waiting to receive my pizza because the staff was ridiculously slow and attending to the customers who bought the small R24,90 pizza. I wanted to give it up because I was rushing to pick my niece up from creche but was told to wait for five minutes, which became twenty more minutes. What an inconvenience!! With that said, I noticed that the staff does not have gloves on, I saw one guy touching the dough at the back with bare hands. Is that the service we pay for?. I am not happy at all. You have to do something about this as soon as possible because it reflects a poor and inadequate business strategy and unprofessionalism. I am so disappointed!
