Poor service at Debonairs pizza Athlone and Mr Delivery

Last night at 19:41 I ordered via Mr Delivery a large triple decker pizza from Debonairs Athlone (creamy chicken with extra olives)

I didn't notice that it's only collection then when they confirm my order it came as "ready to be collected at 20:15" immediately I called Debonairs pizza Athlone to change collection to delivery or to cancel the order so they told me to speak to Mr delivery because I didn't order directly to them I used Mr Delivery.

Then I called Mr Delivery the lady told me she will first call Debonairs to find out if the pizza is not prepared already and she told me she can't cancel the order because it's ready for collection and at the same time she can't change my order from collection to delivery as it is my mistake not theirs.

I told the lady that I am a nurse at Red cross children's hospital Rondebosch and I can't leave work to go to Athlone begging her to make plan be I told the lady that I tried to get bolt to fetch my pizza bt the app said "drivers are busy" so at this moment I don't have other options.

What broke my heart the most is not that they didn't have options bt Debonairs pizza Athlone and Mr delivery has their issues because the lady in Athlone "Patience" keep telling me they can't do Mr Delivery's order if I order straight to them not via Mr Delivery they would bring the pizza for me,so that alone tells me they have means but they don't want to help me .

Till now I didn't get my pizza ordered on the 28 October 2022 20:41 today it's 29 October 2022

I was working night shift their store closes at 23:00 n opens at 9am,am working 19/7 so I thought I will go fetch my pizza this morning after work but I couldn't wait for 9am as I had to sleep and work again tonight.

They had time to deliver my pizza from 20:00 till 23:00 bt because it's my mistake they didn't want to help me
