Poor service at Debonairs Philip Nel Park, very disappointed

I ordered Debonairs Pizza - Philip Nel Park online at 17h48 and I was told my order will arrive in 40 to 45 minutes. At 18h35, I received a call from the driver requesting for security code and that he was on his way. 19h30 the food had not arrived and I called the restaurant itself and the service I got was very disappointing. I was told to called the driver myself and when I called it was a wrong number. I than called back the restaurant to notify them that the number is wrong, the lady gave me an attitude and told me there is nothing she can do, I must call the number she gave or just wait for the driver to arrive and the driver arrived 19h54. So instead of 40 to 45 turned out to be 2hrs, poor service and attitude.
