POOR SERVICE at Debonairs Glenwood

I ordered 4 weeks ago from Durban Glenwood Debonairs. My order and Money was taken yet my order was cancelled. I did not receive a refund or any form of phone call or email/sms notifying me of my refund which is normally immediate. Why do i have to sit on the phone for 4 weeks trying to find a solution with no answer? i simply want my money back and will assure to never deal with Debonairs again. This one issue and there very often below quality food has assured me of another poorly run franchise business in SA.
