Poor service and rude staff

Ordered on the app an hour has passed and still didnt recieve the delivery,i called the store spoke to nonzamo or sumthn and she was rude to me telling me i must wait and orders take 1 n half hours. Whats the point of having an app to place orders wen its faster at the store also i only live less than 1km away
