Poor service and poor management

On Friday the 30 September I ordered a pizza online at 4 I called the store to then confirm that it's a delivery they said yes it can de delivered. At half past 5 my granny calls to tell me the pizza has not arrived yet and keep in mind I have paid already online and I have not received as yet.. At 6 I get to the store to find out why I have not received my order then the manager says its under 100 that's is why. It's the first time I have placed a small order as it was for my daughter only. On my app shows how often I buy and it's nothing under 200. The manager then gives me the pizza which was dry hard and stale wen i got home to check I then take the pizza back to the store and ask if it's something he would eat he gave me attertuid and tells me no takes the pizza and gives me another one but does not compensate me for my inconvenience or for there mistake which I feel is really pertetic for a manager to behave like that. I am really disappointed with the service from the raisethorpe branch and would like this matter to be sorted out. They don't even deserve a 1 star ratinhg
