Poor service and not what order

<p> </p> <p>On the 15th of June 2017 (Thursday), I was driving pass Port Shepstone to Kokstad, I then went to Oribi Plaza to buy chicken and mushroom triple deck pizza with Debonairs source at Debonairs, firstly I ordered a pizza at about 19:25pm and was told to wait for 10 minutes (Order no 410). </p> <p>As I was waiting I discovered that customers ordered before me are receiving their orders, the time was 19:51. The lady who was serving pizzas when they are ready had an attitude and she refused to tell me her name and she did not have her name tag on. She told me that my pizza it not ready, when I ask how because I have been waiting patiently for more than 10 minutes, she couldn't answer me and continue with other orders. I noticed two other gentlemen who had the same problem.</p> <p>The pizza finally arrived in my hands at 20:12, meaning that this pizza took 47 minutes to be prepared and no apologies or explanation.</p> <p>I was not surprised to find out that it was not the pizza I ordered and this was triple deck with sweet chilli and I was not sure if it was chicken and mushroom as this is the only pizza I enjoy order due to religious reason. This was very disturbing and inconvenience since I already left the area. It was very hurting experience and as a family, we decided not to eat the pizza.</p> <p>Someone needs to investigate this because this is unfair for my family and I.</p> <p> </p>
