Poor service and no delivery!

I ordered pizza online at Debonairs Pizza Amalinda East London and paid for it. The order was made an hour before their closing time, when I called them at 7 o'clock nobody answered the phone and nobody bothered to call me. What kind of service is this? My money has been taken, how will I get it back? Surely I don't want to ever deal with them and I mean it.
