Poor service and late delivery

I placed an order on the debonairs app.It took over an hour and 30 minutes to arrive. The delivery driver was so arrogant he showed no remorse for being late.when the order arrived it was squashed the drink order was wrong. Call in store to complain the consultant said she will direct me to a person who will help, in handling the matter I have been waiting. Cosmo city debonairs made me regret placing an order with them.
