Poor service and hygiene

Good day. I went to Avonwood square on 14/10/2022 17:30.My order was placed for 1 small margarita pizza by 17:35. The assistant behind the counter was not very friendly or helpful to any customer infront of me or myself.She was on her cellphone aswell sitting down and NOT acknowledging customers when they come in.

I took a seat and patiently waited for my order.i have noticed that NO pizzas was leaving the kitchen,the store is dirty.from the counter to the floor.

The store was filling up with customers and patiently I still awaited for them to call my number.At 17:54 I received my pizza!

I just need to bring this to your attention as this is NOT the 1st time we have visited this establishment and NOT the first time I have gotten this service.
