Poor Service and Empty Promised (Case Number 214191)
<p>I ordered a Pizza for delivery, and the wrong pizza was delivered i phone the store at around 13h:00 to notify them of the wrong order they have delivered, and they promised to send the driver to bring the correct order and collect the wrong one, i waited and waited, and they only responded 4 hours later and at that time i was already out the office. The manager at Vermuelen branch then promised to deliver the pizza on wednsday last week, today its more than 7 days and i am still waiting and i am not getting any feed back.
