Poor Service and Double deduction

I am very disgusted by the service of Debonairs (Zevenwaght). I ordered from them Friday, 26 Feb at 6pm and only received my order pass 9pm.... the service is poor and on top of it they made an double deduction. I want this resolved and my money back.
