Poor service and communication

I bought a pizza 19h11 today it is a hour later no one came to me to explain what the issue or the situation is with my order i am so ****ed off with this place it is the poorest of poorest service.......invoice number 99877 ordef number 472 Debonairs Croydon ***...still waiting my pizza it has been a hour already
