Poor service and bad quality of pizza

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Grassy Park not only did I receive it cold but certain sections had no cheese. Makes one wonder if the staff is even happy working there to allow such a poor quality to even leave the store. I called the store not once but 3 times only to get told that someone will call me. After 2 hours and long after closing and still no courtesy call. I took pizza back next day to be told again they would get management to call... Needless to say, 48hrs later and still no response. The managers Kathaur & Chantal who were on duty that evening, I seriously suggest you do a cause on customer service and basic etiquette. Trust me I would never ever buy from Debonairs as the service as well as quality of food was extremely poor.
