Poor service and appalling behaviour from staff and manager

Ordered a pizza over the phone. The lady who attended to me (Nozipho) was not forthcoming with the correct price and when the order arrived(after 1hour) the sticker was black and the price was doubled. I asked why should I pay for a price I wasn't told about and then i was informed that there were extras (which i didn't order). Now i was transferred to the manager who referred to me as bring "nasty" for not wanting to pay the correct amount and my family was hungry so the children had already started eating the pizza whilst I was outside on the phone with the manager.

All in all, I'm unhappy about the lies for additional sales and the very rude and very ****** manager. I'm NEVER buying anything from Débonnaires again especially in Verulam. I'd rather starve.
