Poor service !!!!

I am so disappointed with the service that i received at Debonairs Westwood Mall.. I placed an order on line on the 24th November 2021. The amount of R169 was immediately debited off my account. I was then advised that my order could not be delivered in my area as it was going for 7pm and the drivers are fearful of crime happening at those times which I understood. I was then offered a cash refund which I declined . I requested the money to be refunded back into my account rather . I was told to wait for 2 days then the funds would reflect in my account . Till today I have not my received money . I have made numerous calls. I am out options now on what to do. The manager cannot be found no where . This is so disappointing for such a big company as this . I want my money ..
