Poor service

On the 24th 5th of jan 20 i ordered pizza at debonairs dainfern Square around 7pm the pizza got delivered at 22:30 pm no apology was tendered, pizza and some drumsticks i ordered were cold . The following day went to the branch to lay a complaint. The owner had to told me that i have a attitude i mustn't even order the pizza at their store, he knows everyone who works at service recovery will tell them not to entertain me. Till to date no one got back to me.
