Poor service

I ordered a family deal which consists of two large triple decker pizzas and a cold drink , the driver only delivered one pizza and the cold drink , I have been trying to get through to the store with no luck , called the call centre and they advised me someone would call me back in a few minutes , it’s been an hour no call.
