Poor Service

Good day

At it again, I placed an order online to collect but even after arrival still waited for another 30 minutes, I should have just walked in and stay there. No respect for the time, we order online to avoid unnecessary waiting but still the same, we order to deliver still getting poor service. Until the Manager come to ask if my order was ready, yet walk in were getting their orders. Which platform should we use?
