Poor service

Am soo ****ed off, I requested for my pizza at 6pm it is now 19:42 I have not received it. the driver that came with my pizza told me that he does not have my order after I waited a whole 20 min outside for him and I stay just 2min away from the store, he said someone else will come, that guy left without leaving my food I honestly don’t know why he came if he did not have my order I called the store and I was told another driver is coming and no one came the manager tried to assist and informed me that he is sending the driver, did he not come with cool drink and not with my food and he just laughed like am stupid or something, when I asked where is the food he told me he was only given cool drink I am stupidly hungry and angry.
