Poor service

I placed an order today at Dbonairs zevenwacht Mall for collection(by mistake, supposed to be delivery), I then changed the order to delivery with 4 different call center agents which all of them said that the store would get back to me after 15mins to confirm. I said waiting from 2:30pm to 6:45pm, no pizza arrived. I went to the store to get my refund only to be told by the manager that the store was busy with black friday orders and had to no time to entertain my "sarcasm" (as he put it).

This is dispeakable service delivery and I am never buying from any debonairs ever again. Youre lucky that I am force to add a star, you deserve none.
