Poor service

I ordered a pizza from this branch today online. I received a confirmation at 18:37 to say that the order was received successfully by the branch. At 19:30 I tried several times to call to find out where is my order. Nobody answers the phone. When I eventually got hold of someone , besides the poor phone manner tried to tell that my phone no.is not on their system. How on earth did I place an online order without a valid phone number. After repeating my number several times they eventually got it right. When I asked what happen to my order they said the order left for delivery 15 minutes ago . I live on the street behind the store . The driver eventually arrived at 19:37. He said he only received the pizza 5 minutes ago. Why does it take several calls for someone to answer the phone here. Where could they be in this small shop?.Why do you have people at the front line of your store that have such poor telephone skills? An hour to deliver a pizza less than 1km away not acceptable. Besides arriving late a chicken pizza that costs R104 has very little chicken on it . I would think twice before supporting this business again.<br> <br>
