On submitting my order to Debonairs Welkom at 18:58, I expected timely delivery. However, as of 20:30, my order had not arrived. An enquiry call was met with a promise of a callback within two minutes, which was not fulfilled. A subsequent call resulted in my query being escalated to the store manager, who contacted me at 20:25. Regrettably, the manager disputed the order time, claiming it was placed at 19:30, rather than apologizing for the delay. The customer service displayed was subpar, leaving me extremely disappointed.
