poor service
Phoned @6:45pm and ordered triple decker and was told it would be delivered in an hours time. That didn't happen n o phoned them @ 9:10 pm, spoke to Nondumiso who told me the order is out with the cars. Waited till 10:10pm. Then i phoned asking for a manager to complain but the lady who pick up the phone decided not to call the manager. Guese what, staff were laughing about the phone aside using the ****en language. Everything they were saying, they add the ****in word. Even now i cant believe such a bad service I experience is from debonnaires. Since ever i started to be their customer.
