Poor service!

I have ordered pizza at 16:30 and they told me it would take 45min. I phoned an hour later to find out where my order is. They told me with the rain they were taking longer so 25min then they will be here. So after ANOTHER 35min later I phoned AGAIN and he phone the driver to find out where he is. So the "driver" told the guy at the shop he is at the gate but there is a "long cue". My husband decided to drive up to the gate to see how log the cue was. And there where NO car in site?? So I phoned the shop and told them to cancel my order. And all that the guy said was sorry about that!! Where is the customer service? I mean really! I will NEVER order from debonairs again!
