Poor service

Tonight I decided to write a complaint on Secunda Total debonairs. there is always a problem and even thou i support them they always just say sorry, again my order was delivered wrong and again it costed me so much airtime to a manager that is never available. I ordered ten pizzas and wings. I only got my pizzas and more than a hour later after spending how long on the phone i got my wings and the manager said eish sorry. Poor customer service and it does not help complaining cause they dont get back to a person ever...
