Poor service

Poor service from Debonairs kagiso mall.I ordered a Pizza and I was told it will take 45min to be delivered.Only to find out it was delivered 2 hours later.whats more dissapointing is that it's not the 1st time it happened. Clients are not kept informed of the delays and Francinah the manager is not helpful either.
