Poor service

I placed an order online with Debonairs Pizza Cosmo Mall for delivery on Sunday, 4th September. I received a confirmation SMS at 18h38. At 19h36 I called to follow up on the order and was advised that the Driver is already on his way and he has a lot of deliveries. So at 20h38 I called again and was advised that the Driver said he made contact with myself and there was no answer. Usually the Drivers hoot at the gate and I would go out to collect. I never received a call from any Debonairs Employee. So they sent another driver. The other driver didn't even have to call because he hooted once and I was out. We waited more than 2 hours only to pay for pizza that was extremely cold. I am so disappointed
