POOR SERVICE

I bought a Pizza triple deck month end of March when they delivered the Pizza it was not in the right order as we asked for extra toppings and when they brought it, it was empty on the insides and the was not extra toppings then we told the driver to take it back as refused we called the store spoke to Phumzile who said she will send another one which it arrived 1 hour later and the driver said we should pay it then asked to talk to the manager who couldn't come to the phone then the driver said if we cant pay he is taking the pizza back they will bring the correct one tomorrow which they didn't, i am disappointing at their service as we are customers we suppose to get better service
