Poor service

I ordered a pizza more than an hour ago and I still haven't received it. I tried calling the store but no one is answering. I'm going to be late for work now waiting for an order that I'm not sure if it's gonna arrive. The service @Debonairs pizza springsgate is appalling. I never had this problem with debonairs in pretoria
