Poor service

I ordered on line and couldn’t track my order, I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to get my order, yet I stay 5 minutes away from the Sky City mall which I ordered my pizza from,to top it all the PIZZA DOUGH was not well done...had to wait for something that I can’t even eat.
