Poor Service

Even after posting this review still no contact from Debonairs, anyway you have lost a customer and I'll make sure that non of my family or friends orders a pizza from you.

Went to ur branch in Mdantsane but because of long queue I decided to place the order over the phone so that they can deliver, was told that they've stopped delivering because some people are still waiting for their pizzas. So I said I'll collect was told my pizza would be ready after 20mins. I got there after 20mins, only to be told that they can't find my pizza but they could pick up my order. The store was packed no social distance no sanitizing, ur staff at some point went all to the back and there was no one serving customers. Most people were waiting for their pizzas since 15:30pm and the time then was past 6pm. I only got my order at 7pm after standing there for over an hour.
