Poor service

I called and ordered a pizza delivery for 7pm tongight. The poor confused delivery man, NOT his fault, arrived at my gate at 3pm. I had to return home to tell him that we had ordered for 7pm. I called Debonairs Sarnia and after a FRUSTRATING conversation EVENTUALLY the manager, Daphne, came on the line and, after some more frustrating discussions and buck passing, Daphne said their cashier made a mistake and she would personally ensure that fereshly made pizzas would be delieverd at 7pm. At 15:38, after deciding that I would rather NOT have the pizzas, for reasons that i will not expand on, I called to cancell my order (NB the order was for 7pm toninght). MORE confusing and frustrating converstations with people who CANT communicate clearly. I EVENTUALLY managed to MAKE IT CLEAR that I was CANCELLING the order. The levels of service from Debonairs Sarnia were horrific. Daphne, who said she would personally make sure my order was fresh and ready had gone off. .......................... GREAT service. ......... Naaaaah.
