Poor service

Debonair Kuilsriver has terrible service. I ordered my food at 15:40, on the app it stated the food will be be at 16:12, I phoned at 16:30 to track the food and they said the food will be here soon. The food then came at 16:45 and cold and the driver says i must pay him cash, I told him no, I said im paying with my card, he insisted that I pay cash because he forgot his card machine. I phoned the store and spoke to manager which didn't want to listen to anything I wanted to say. I refuse to pay for food that got here late and cold and the driving insisting me to pay cash

The driver (Serge Katanga) comes back at 17:20, performing at my door that if I don't pay, I will be dealing with him. He comes on my property and wants to threaten me. I honestly don't appreciate this behavior at all. He was rising his voice at me and telling me that I better pay now.
