Poor service

I ordered online it was around 11am, my orders were all approved and paid successful but to my surprise when my husband collected around 2pm they said they didn't make one of my order😢he had to stand in the que for another 30 to 1hr while we ordered earlier online to avoid que, as I'm reviewing I'm so disappointed because my husband was supposed to go somewhere now he's standing in the que.
