Poor service

Was disappointed on the service i got last week Thursday.I ordered for delivery and they told me it will take an hour for my order which i was okey with it...but an hour passby i called to follow they tell me it's gona take another 30 minutes so i waited for that 30min it became another 1hour instead of the driver apologising for what ever reason he tells me its month i need to understand.My problem was not the waiting it was how they responded when i made a follow up and not apologising for late delivery which i paid for.
