Poor service

Good day

I have placed a order with Debonairs Philip nel park. It is now 3 hours, and still no delivery. My husband went there to ask, when will the order be ready, and the manager of Debonairs said it is still going to take 25min. The manager spoke to my husband as if he was a piece of trash and we still haven't received our delivery. I paid online with big driver tip aswell. I'm very unhappy about this.
