Poor service

<p>Debonair's pizza in cosmo city mall offers poor service, I called (Thursday the 27th of April at around 6 pm.) placing an order for delivery which I spoke to a lady who works for steers doesn't even understand debonair's menu. She then confirmed that the order will take an hour to arrive at my door step I was okay will that until I had to wait for an hour 45 min that's totally unacceptable .the delivery man who got to my house was not only late but also unfriendly as well telling me if I want speedy pizza I should go to the shop my self (why is there a delivery service in the first place.) the sad part is that the motor bike was full of orders which looked like they waited for delivery orders to be more than enough so they can save on fuel or something. The reason I think so is because the pizza I was given was very cold. And delivered to me just almost two hours late after ordering. This should stop , the store should improve their customer service. </p>
