Poor service

Ordered Pizza on 12 June 2020 .Driver delivered pizza late n the promise is if sticker is black it's free.Driver called me and I gave him directions 3 times over the phone and he is still late. Poor Service...I then tell the driver that Debonairs promise is if the sticker is black it's free ..he looks stunned and apologises.I phone the store Ma9and Sinongile (Phoenix Plaza Kzn is as confused and gives me lame excuses Very poor service and very cold Pizza
