Poor service

I phoned in the morning and placed an order for collection. When I got to Debonairs they told me they didn't have my order. Even though I had received a sms confirmation. They then prepaired my pizza. 10 minutes later I received my pizza and when I got home it was raw inside. I had spent R199 on a crem decker. I am so livid to say the least! **** service at the Hammarsdale branch.
