Poor Service

<p>I placed an order via a call centre for collection at Thabong branch. Placing on behalf of my fiance who was on his way to the hospital to see a friend and the friend requested pizza. Therefore considering visiting hours I wanted to save time for them. I then ordered whilst they were on their way there to collect. When they get there they are told my order is not reflecting. I ask to speak to the employee and she says my order is not reflecting I said my side of the story and she explained again with such an annoyance. Then I call the call centre again the lady says she placed the order so she will find out from them what is the problem and get back to me. As promised she did that. Last time i received my ordrr 2hours late even the driver apologised apparently I ahd to wait for a driver in Evaton to do his delivery then deliver to me as I ordered via Thabong. This call centre is not working well for me its either my order is not correct or when I collect only then they start oreparing my order. I am upset as this wasted time I was trying to save for hospital visitations!</p> <p> </p>
