Poor Service

<p>I placed an order on Sunday 26-Nov-2016 at 18:23 online and even paid upfront.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an SMS to acknowledge my order. I then phoned ********** at 18:55 to make a follow up, they took too long searching for my order and i was told it wasn't prepaired. I was assured that it will be delivered in 30 minutes time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody, called me back. I then called again at 19:40 to do a follow up. Again they apologised an was told that the driver has left long time ago and should be at my house anytime.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited and had to call again at 19:57. I kept on calling and no one was picking up. This continued until someone decided to put the line off hook as it gave the engaged tone.</p> <p> </p> <p>The driver arrived at 20:10 and i was not pleased at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company WILL NEVER see my money ANYMORE. I wont even eat their meals anymore.....</p>
